Isabella Senior Portraits. Class of 2019. Toledo Ohio Start High School.

The lovely Isabella is completing her final semester at Start High School in Toledo, Ohio. Isabella’s mom, Ingrid, is a professional acquaintance of mine. Ingrid showed her daughter my work and Isabella decided that we should work together for her senior photos. Ingrid has the most welcoming and kind personality and she has passed that on to Isabella.

The location we chose was Pearson Park in Oregon, Ohio. Ingrid had seen a previous senior photo session I had done at the same location and loved it. These photos were taken in October and the park was gorgeous. Even though the weather was grey and overcast, we used some tricks to make Isabella really stand out. Working with a photographer who has a plan for any type of weather is very important.

Isabella is a self-taught makeup guru and her look was flawless. Bella also does modeling, and working with her was a dream. She knew exactly what to do, and how to look great. I never expect this from my seniors, but it definitely makes my job easier. Bella is truly beautiful, inside and out, and I feel that we captured her personality perfectly.

What three words would you use to describe your personality? “I’m caring, outgoing and a risk-taker.”
What is one thing you could never live without? “I could never live without my mom, that’s for sure and dogs. I need my babies.”
What is your most precious keepsake? “My most precious keepsake would be my little crown that my grandma gave me before she passed.”
What do you enjoy doing? "I enjoy going to the gym when I can, working (currently at Bubba’s), watching Netflix and traveling, traveling, traveling!!"
Who is one person you look up to? "One person I look up to is my mom. She means everything to me. She’s my nurse, my map, my superhero, a library, my therapist, my tissue to wipe my tears, and like home, she is where my heart is. She’s done so much for me. I couldn’t possible ask for anyone else!"
Do you have plans for after graduation? If so, what? "My plans after I graduate are to go to college at UT for nursing and also continue my modeling at John Casablanca’s."
